Our business hours are M-F 10-5 and Sunday 11-6. Our orders are processed immediately during business hours and we will have your package to you as soon as possible! If an order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, your items will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
Once order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once sent with carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

YES!! If you don't want to pay for shipping come in and see us! In-store pickup orders will be available for pick up 24-48 hours after the order is placed!!

CAN I USE MY STORE GIFT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?
Technically our website cannot process store purchased gift cards, but if you give us a call at (316) 201-1104 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we are happy to make the transaction for you!
WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, please call us immediately during business hours at (316) 201-1104 or email us at email@example.com and we will fix it for you! Unfortunately, if you do not get ahold of us until after your package has been sent there is nothing we can do and we will have to wait for it to be returned. Please be careful when giving us your address! :)
